Form Analysis
Looking to improve efficiency? Liv can help! Liv offers video analysis of your swim form, running gate, bike fit, and cycling pedal stroke.
Strength Training
Personalized strength training plans based on your goals, fitness level, strengths, weaknesses and injury history. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Liv will develop a plan custom to your wants and needs.
Tussle Triathlon Team (T3)
Liv is a firm believer in the importance of developing community around endurance sports. Tussle Triathlon Team, or T3, is an all-inclusive racing and training team that is founded on the principles of supporting, encouraging and challenging one other, while helping each other be the best versions of themselves, on and off the course. Plus, pain likes company, right?
